In close consultation with the organisation, MECC Hotel Services has taken options in different hotels in Maastricht and its surroundings at very competitive rates. There are no extra costs and no reservation costs.

The most comfortable way to book your room in Maastricht is by using the online reservation system. You can sort on area and hotel class. A map shows you the location of the hotel in comparison with the MECC Maastricht. Of course you can also find additional information about each hotel, including facilities, rates and pictures.

Please think ahead regarding your travel plans and book your flights. Dusseldorf and Brussels are the closest airports when you are working out your plans. UTECH Europe are operating complimentary airport shuttles to the venue so please make sure you book your place on the bus.

BY CAR

Signing of MECC Maastricht is visible as soon as you reach the outer ring of Maastricht. Follow these signs until you reach the MECC car park. If you are travelling south on the A2/E25 motorway (from Amsterdam-Eindhoven), take exit 55 signed 'Randwyck-MECC'. If you are travelling north on the A2/E25 motorway (from Paris-Liège) take exit 56 signed for 'Gronsveld-MECC'.


BY TRAIN

Maastricht-Randwyck station is located 250 metres from MECC Maastricht and is part of the national and international railway network. There are frequent trains to Maastricht Central Station, which is also linked to the national and international railway network.


BY PLANE

Maastricht-Aachen Airport is located 10 kilometres from MECC Maastricht and only 15 minutes away by car, taxi or bus. Maastricht- Aachen can be reached by flights from Schiphol Airport.
MECC Maastricht is within easy reach from several international airports all situated at one-hour driving distance.

    • BY BUS

    Maastricht's metropolitan bus company runs a regular service between the city centre, Maastricht Central Station and MECC Maastricht. There is a bus about every five minutes.


    AIRPORT TRANSFERS - SHUTTLE BUSES
